We found the hotel staff very friendly and helpful. The hotel was situated in a excellent location for touring.

Just a suggedstion: The tv could have CNN as an additional feature for non French speaking tourists.

A boutique hotel in a very exclusive enclave of Paris. Advantage close enough to the tourist attractions, but far enough away so not noisy at night. Very safe as in the embassy district which was patrolled 24hrs by gendarrmes.

The staff is very helpful, and our room was as expected. However, the common areas of the hotel are in need of rennovation.

Excellent location and friendly, helpful staff, but rooms are small and parts of the hotel need repairs or repainting. No lift, so the walk up to the rooms can be challenging. Overall, good value for the money but showing some wear and tear.

The rooms were indeed clean but much smaller than anticipated.
The so called 'terrace' we had involved climbing out of the window on to a flat part of the roof.
With no elevator and 5 levels the hotel is more suited to a younger clientele

mattress was old. Bathroom had some hair on the floor. Felt that it was not thoroughly cleaned before our arrival.

there was some unnecessary confusion about the charges involved - which were finally clarified on the last day.

the room was much smaller and duller than expected and although clean it was in need of updating and brightening up. Although there was a terrace as described, the flowers in the tubs had all turned to weeds and there was a general feel of un-cared-for-ness.

I requested room 1 or 2 because you do not have so many flights of stairs to climb. I thought requesting it as early as I did that the request would be honored. It was not. We received #9.
Also, we requested that they call a taxi for a certain time. They waited until we checked out to call the taxi and all taxis were busy at that time. Finally they got one but we had to pay for a phone call.

The reservation proposal stated a double-room with a king size bed, in fact the room was tiny and the bed smaller than the double french standard.
