Extremely clean and comfortable, great bed, nice linens. Breakfast was excellent, loved the location albeit very noisy on the street side but probably would not have wanted to miss the action. Super value.

Staff went out of their way to help due to a taxi strike, young man of African descent particularly helpful and professional.

You do require an electrical adaptor to use our North American appliances. Rooms are very quiet, tv's have a maximum volume.

Although the room was small, and had no outlook (internal facing room), the location of the hotel was wonderful, the room very clean (especially bathroom facility), and excellent value for money. The staff were very friendly and helpful, especially when my father was not well, and they directed us to a restaurant nearby, who happily provided a full meal service to the room.

I was very impressed by the fact that we could leave our bags at the hotel until it was time to go the airport (about 7 hours between the midday checkout and our transport), and also, that they provide a lounge for guests to relax and wait, after checkout, for transport.

Not so much details, but if I return to Paris, I would happily stay there again, but I would definitely book a room facing a better outlook.
The close availability of restaurants was wonderful, as the hotel does not provide dinner.

Excellent location near the Sorbonne. Central, within walking distance of many key sites and close to metro and RER. Very quiet, even though the bustling Left Bank area is only a few minutes walk away. The hotel staff are polite, helpful and friendly. Rooms are immaculate and the breakfast is of excellent quality. It would be hard to find a more suitable hotel for a visit to Paris.

Very nice, helpful staff, a great location near the Cluny museum, the Luxembourg Gardens, the Latin Quarter, and walking distance to Notre Dame, the Louvre, and the metro. All in all, it's a great, central location, whether this is your first time in Paris or your 10th. I would stay here again; our room was clean and quiet and tastefully furnished.

The hotel was also baby-friendly, providing, without additional cost, a cot (pack-and-play) for my 2 year old son, and offering to contact a babysitting service if needed.

When we arrived & entered our room, there was quite a loud noise coming from the ouside the window as if a fan was not running properly. We went down & saw the receptionist, told him about the problem & asked if we could have another room. While we appreciated that the hotel was fully booked, the receptionist was very casual about it all, as if it was not his problem, so what could he do. We also appreciated that it was late at night & at Easter but he gave us no confidence that he would arrange to have someone look into it in the morning. We had to raise it again with the reception in the morning who new of no hotel guest raising a problem. Clearly the night receptionist had done nothing.

The room was quite small, but it had everything required, was clean and comfortable.

Comfortable, accommodating. I was able to leave my luggage after checkout and collect it before going to the airport. This was a major bonus. The breakfast was reasonably priced and good quality.
I would recommend the hotel to friends going to Paris. It's near public transport, which is very important

Did not imagine there are quite few stairs between the front desk to the lift and to the small salon, which is not very practical when you have a quite heavy luggage.

I did say hello when I arrived, did check in to the hotel, and got the key to the room. The receptionist told me where the room was.

A small, nice hotel with quiet and very nice rooms for exploring the best part of Paris. The hotel is in a nice area and have many good facilities and attractions by a short walk from the hotel. And it is easy to arrive to the hotel from CDG airport. The reception crew was always very kind and helpfull. Thank you for some very good and pleasant days at your hotel!
