The only negative was the wait for the room on arrival. I needed to freshen up before going to the office for a meeting after a long flight and I had to wait for the room because there wasn't a hospitality room available for occasions such as these. ... Very pleasant and friendly staff. The hotel is also in a very good position, easy to walk to the various shops and sights. ... As a stranger to Paris the concierge was very helpful in advising and arranging taxis etc.
