Up one flight of stairs from the street - warning for those that may have mobility issues. Otherwise no drawbacks - free wifi in lobby is a great plus.

Very good value - conveniently located to great resturants, tourist sites and basically sitting on top of 2 metro stops and 2 RER lines.

I cannot descibe the room as spacious - it was very small and the second time we came back it was even smaller if that was possible !
The noise level was high from police and ambulances and general traffic noise all night. however its central location almost made up for that.

You might mention the hospital across the road.

Great breakfast, nice staff, great location nice reception/lounge area, free newspapers, luggage service ( even for 2 days), good bathroom, modern small bedroom but noise from the hospital and street.

We had to change the room that had been booked as the comments / request that we had mentioned when booking on-line had not been 'registered'

Very Parisian hotel (not spacious) but as we paid more for a balcony room, it did not feel claustrophobic
...
Excellent location: next to metro, RER (straight to airport), small supermarket, gym, can walk to main tourist areas.
Depending what room you stay in, can be small; however very clean and typical Parisian!

it was nice clean hotel and we were happy we chose to stay here.

the property was smaller then it appeared on the website

the check out was ok. i paid our bill on the 1st day of our stay. the lady at reception made a mistake and only booked us in for 2 day instead of the three day i paid for.
on the second we got a call from recepton saying there is 5minutes to check out, this i thougth was a bit rude and not professional as we had paid for 3day and had a booking for 3day. this was however resolved very quickly.

the rooms are very small
the rooms are not sound proof, you can here noise from other room, ie people using their bathrooms, and also you can here noise from the traffic outside even though the windows are double glazed.
you have to walk up spiral stair case to get up to the loby, which is hard with a child in a pram.
but
the balocony is very good, and you can step out and watch life go by in the leafy location.
the hotel was very clean.
the staff was very friendly.

best location to stay in, clean hotel. friendly staff.
but a bit cramped, and you know when others are using their bathrooms.
excellent value for money and i would go and stay there again.
