wE HAD AN EXCELLENT STAY IN THE HOTEL AND A LOVELY TIME IN PARIS. THE HOTEL WAS IN AN EXCELLENT LOCATION AND WE WOULD DEFINATELY STAY IN THIS AREA AGAIN AND IN THE HOTEL AGAIN. THE STAFF WERE REALLY FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL

The reason why I chose the hotel is that I got answers to any of my requests immediately and in a very friendly way.The manager answered in a way that none of my questions remained open.
We especially liked the breakfast, everyone was very helpful and friendly - not only to us.

Nice and friendly hotel, close to the centre, very quiet, friendly people.Room small, but big enough for our purpose of stay, enough room to store clothes, enough chairs. Perhaps one or two hooks are missing for hanging clothes, towels. Breakfast buffet, really good.

The maps from your page need more detail and the location was not properly pointed but, from the address and because it is a main road, arrival was no problem.

I traveled on a high ocupancy seasson so I didn't expect much. The room was just enough except that we missed a drawer board were to put small pieces of clothing or personal belongings.
The bathromm was big and confortable

The personnel was kind and helpfull about how to get around and directions were very clear.

If you are looking for economy and save a few euros the place is adequate and nicely located but next time I would look for an international standar place with a bigger room which would have been only about 50 USd a day more or so.

The design of the hotel with small lift and narrow bedroom doors makes it a quirky and interesting place to stay - better than a bog standard chain hotel.
The decor in the bedroom is dated but more than made up for by the comfortable bed, nice bathroom and cleanliness.
We were supposedly in a Superior Room but I am not sure how this was defined.

The hotel is very good located. Although the rooms are not sound proofed, the hotel is quiet. It has spacious, clean “superior rooms” and it is worth to be rated with three star but do not expect more. The stuff is very helpful and makes your stay as comfortable as possible. I would stay there again.

The hotel was very quiet, very nice and clean. What I liked most was that unless breakfast was until 10, we could stay a bit longer and they asked if we wanted more tea. Very nice! And very good located, near the Opera. We were lucky that we had the best room of the hotel!! I know that because the room was very big, and it was on the information folder of the hotel. That was good luck!

Not very much choice of English language TV stations. Street noise can be quite loud at times (our room was at the front). Staff very friendly. Breakfast is good.

I felt the web-site made the accomodation look much more luxurious than it was, especially the bathroom which in reality was VERY small!!!

Generally the stay was acceptable. The best point about it is it's central location and closeness to stations. The worst being the TERRIBLE traffic noise throughout the night.

I thought the price quoted for breakfast was very expensive for this sort of hotel, and also the receptionist first said it was included in the rate, but it actually wasn't. (Although this was stated in the voucher, and fortunately we read it well) Also the ground floor window of the hotel looks very shabby from the outside - cracked glass and dirty. With a bit of TLC this hotel could be very good. Have new carpets on the staircase - or just CLEAN them! Also your terrace (which could be very charming) was very neglected - most of the plastic chairs were broken!!

On the whole, if you are on a budget, fairly good value for money - the place is clean and central in location. But I would not go back there, unless some of the above-mentioned points were addressed and also because of the terrible traffic noise. I would try another similarly priced hotel and hope for the best!

I was very pleased with the hotel, it was clean and beautifully decorated. The staff were very nice and helpful. It was also close to shops and restaurants, I would certainly stay there again. Thanks

possible to purchase tickets for disneyland from the hotel, better tickets then we could have purchased on the disney site so we were glad we had waited to purchase same until we had arrived in Paris.

good quality tourist hotel. Ideal for the short break in Paris. Very convenient to metro, train, shops and lots of good restaurants nearby. Very friendly staff and children are welcome.

The front desk staff was very friendly and informative.

The two rooms I stayed in were very clean. I was disappointed that the dresser in my double room was not usable. The drawers did not open which required me living out of my suitcase during the stay. Other than that, everything was wonderful.

They were ready with my hotel bill and quickly processed my payment. I also appreciated their willingness to watch my suitcases while I ran a quick errand prior to catching the bus for the airport.

the bed is very soft and we can not rest well, The bathroom is not courtain and all is wet when you take a shower.There is not wather in the room not caffe and any service, the towels horrible, and old.
