This is a wonderful location. The staff was incredible and always went out of their way to please and help you. The rooms were some of the largest I have ever seen in Paris at that rate. I will definately try to book this again on my next trip to Paris.

This has to be one of the best locations in Paris. It is about 5 blocks to Champs Elysees. The staff is one of the most versatile (in terms of foreign language fluency) and helpful I have encountered in all of my travels. Everything was organized and the rooms were lovely. We had nice 'big' closets with lots of hangers, a small refrigerator and separate WC/bathroom accomadations. The rooms were tastefully decorated and the windows really opened allowing you to take in Paris. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff. Special requests were immediately handled and I did not miss the services of a concierge since the reception staff was more than willing to handle anything.

Our arrival experience was unusually positive. Ali did not only make us feel most welcome, he also made sure that our taxi driver had not taken undue advantage of us.

We stayed on one of the top floors in what appeared to be a newly renovated room. Also and of particular note to us was Pascal Arthur who helped us in so many ways: tracking a fedex suitcase for us and faxing several documents, all with a wonderful smile, each time. He also recommended a wonderful restaurant.

The Hotel's service is clearly above the norm and appears to us as being motivated solely to make the guests feel comfortable not to do whatever required to earn a tip.

Excellent location - short walk to Arc de Triomphe, Eiffel Tower, Metro, Champs etc...
Many good restaurants within a 5-10 minute walk. Quieter side street not as busy or noisy as main roads. Clean hotel and very courteous staff. Nice complete breakfast included.

I had problems with the sink in the bathroom(watter was not running quick enough) but beside that the I was quite satisfied with my stay - very nice accomodations, polite personnel and good location.
