In general better property than the website, which I know from previous stayings. However, this time the lobby, which used to be very nice and 'Paris-like', was partly occupied by some ugly stored things, which made it useless for taking a drink or just mingling.

Take the stored things in the lobby out, and take photos of it!

Nice and 'Paris-like'; I recommend it to friends and collegues. One of my collegues was staying with his wife the same period as I and my wife, when we attended the same Paris meeting.

Perfect location and accomodation to see Paris as witihn walking distance of most attracions. Easy with small child also.

Perfect for seeing Paris as you can walk almost everywhere from there. The rooms have recently been refurbished and are great. The heating was a bit much though but better than being cold as outside was freezing. We were given a slightly bigger room on check in as we had a cot with us. we fitted it in easily with a bit of rearranging.

Room was small but clean and pleasant.

Convenient and good value for central Paris. Within easy walking distance of a wide range of restaurants etc. Imagine it would be difficult to park.

absolutely central!!! reach the champs elysees, the eiffel tower and half of paris in a foodwalking distance of about 5 min!!! superb!!! less superb is, when you try to find grocery stores round the corner. there is a lot of fine but expensive brasseries a.s.o. around, but nothing to provide for personal needs as teethbrushe or big bottles of water for your day long tours by foot.

The room was in good condition but was small. The ensuite was very cramped such that to use the washbasin in comfort you had to stand in mainly in the bedroom. The door to the ensuite did not fully open because it opened into the bedroom and hit the bed.

The hotel is OK. It is in a nice area of Paris on a quiet road. The room was well cleaned and looked after but was very cramped particularly the en-suite. We thought it was expensive. In particular we thought the breakfast at an extra 11 euros each was so expensive we always ate out at a local cafe.

There was a 'summer promotion' offered in an E-mail from the hotel that was not offered when I checked in.

The hotel met my expectations; though our room was small, with two beds, the hotel itself is in a central location and our room was very clean. The breakfast was excellent, for 11E per. Overall, I found this hotel to be Good Value.

I have stayed in the hotel on previous occasions, so I knew what to expect, although I was somewhat surprised this time, since it was the first time I booked a single room and actually got a single bed. On previous occasions I always had a double bed for single use. Therefore I was slightly disappointed, because the room was smaller than what I had expected. On the other hand, the room had a minibar, which I did not expect. A friend who stayed there at the same time also had a single room, but with double bed and without a mini bar...

I am not sure if it is on the website (at least I did not notice it): the hotel has a WiFi internet connection...which for such a small hotel I found unexpected, but nice surprise although I did not have my laptop on me.

Quiet, simple hotel with moderate price (for Paris) at a very good location.

Small chambers (bed next to the door, so you couldn't open the door completely) and sometimes you could hear the noise of the other rooms; but all in all very comfortabel; especially the bath

We could leave our luggage in a locker until we need it (train leaves 5pm and check-out was 12 am)

It was a hotel with small rooms, but very clean. The receptionist was very friendly.
The location could be better, but not far away from subway, supermarkt and Champs-Elysée.
So all in all it was just right.
