Staff very welcoming and helpful.
A more detailed map of the streets around the hotel would have been better on the web site as we didn't have a Paris map until we arrived. It would have been easier if Sevres Lecourbe metro station was indicated as the best/closest stop.

The photos on the website accurately depict the style and facilities. The charming atmosphere is even better when experienced in person. Spotlessly clean. We would definitely stay there again.

I like the fact that I received so many responses from other hotels. The hotel that we stayed at was perfect! The staff was friendly and very helpful.

It was a good thing that the hotel assigned the quiet room as I requested.

A female staff was a trouble of managing the printer for my receipt. It took a little time. She was smoking, so it was not comfortable to be forced smoking indirectly.

The best thing is that this hotel is preparing the free Internet access via wireless LAN for guests.
