I would just perhaps suggest that making tea & coffee making facilities available in the room be quite a beneficial thing as there was no where (or we were not told) where to get these from if we required them. ... A very cosy & inviting place - walking past it on a cold night made you feel like you wanted to be drawn inside! Once inside the rooms were better than expected & were very comfortable indeed. We didn't want to leave!

They have not told me that there is no breakfast room for the morning. So we were a bit surprised and had to wait for quite a while. ... The interior is absolutly superb. Unfortunatley the service is not what you would expect for that kind of high priced Hotels. One morning we asked for a cab and we have been told that the stuff is fairly busy with the breakfast!!! We where very disappointed, especially that I had to go to the hairdresser because it was our wedding day!
... When I checked out they were printing the bill including 2 times of VAT. I explained that the offered price was including breakfast and VAT. They appologised and printed another invoice, again with the wrong figures. This is not what you expect from such a nice Hotel! Finally I paid the price quoted on the voucher. If my husband would have checked out not knowing the agreed price they would have made nice money on us! P.S.I felt like in a Mococcan bazar. ... Really nice interior but they have to improve their service!!! I never had such a bad experience with service in my life before... and I travel a lot. ... I would recommend another Hotel in that price range.
