Comfortable, clean and provides for the basic needs. Not for people/friends who prefer superior type accommodation (5 star +). Breakfasts are very good, and served promptly. The location is perfect for all modes of transportation and for shopping in the Oxford St department stores. I would definitely rebook, if visiting London again.

The room was smaller than what I expected, but the staff was very polity and the location of the hotel is very good (right next to Hyde Park), so that made up for the quality of the room.

When getting the keys of the room and the front door of the hotel, it would be helpful to have clear explanation in which direction to turn the front door key.

An additionnal information for people staying at Parkwood hotel is to mention that Padding Station is only 10 min by feet. (People who like to walk, can do that easily).
