The room was great, exactly as it was on the website. There was only one issue that we cmae across, that was the English breakfast. It looked wonderful and the staff was great but it was cold, eventhough on a warming tray and it was way over priced at 8.95. Other places that we saw is was much cheaper. However, over all the stay was great and would not hesitate to stay there again.

I would say the the rooms are great and comfortable, The staff was diligent and organized and ready to help. The only thing that I would say to stay away from would be the breakfast and go to someplace else

Staff assisted in finding the best room before check in to ensure spouse was happy.

Quick and efficient service when requested extra soaps and sugar. Staff gladly assisted with sight seeing information. Laundry was clean and fresh.
The lift was very slow and I think this should be looked at.

Very central area that is easily accessible to the tube and on the doorstep of the bus stop. I enjoyed the Indian cuisine of the restaurant just opposite the Hotel. Room was clean and fresh and serviced daily. Staff were polite and helpful, and ever willing to please. Karaoke bar in basement was rocking. Best of all, the rates are highly competitive. upon arrival, the desk clerk had us pay for our entire stay, rather than paying upon departure. He also charged us $54 more than our reservation saying it was the rate of exchange or commission.

This hotel is on a very noisy street. The bus runs 24/7 so sleeping with the window open was not a great option (no airconditioning) One side of the double bed was pushed up against the wall so to get in or out you had to climb over the other person and since I am 76 yrs old and need the bathroom in the middle of the night, this was not convenient at all. This room should be a single,not a double. We were given 1 towel apiece daily..no handtowel or washcloth,no shower cap nothing but a gadget on the wall that dispensed soap. So much for amenities....This hotel should be downgraded to 2 stars certainly not 3.

Very misleading regarding the rooms and quality thereof. The 'DOUBLE' room was in fact a single with a double bed squeezed in it. There was no possible manner for my wife and I to have stayed there. Horribly short on wardrobe space and no where to keep luggage. This is especially so when you are an overseas visitor and havd two reasonable suitcases.
The lift itself barely accommodated our luggage and two adults.

Room was very cold and flush in the toilette did not work. Even when we complained to a receptionist, our problem was not solved and we had to repair it by ourselves!!!
We requested a smoking room, but the whole hotel was non smoking.

This hotel is expensive and its level should be compared to 1 star hotel in Czech Republic. Its staff is quite helpful, but they do not understand much. You can hear all noises from nearby room.

when we got there, it took a long time(about 15 minute!!) for the receptionist to understand who we are (although i call the hotel from my country to double check if they have my reservation)the person who had recive our faces wasn't nice and we didn't feel wanted there. also, when we asked him for an information regarding lines for Heterew airport from piccadilly line- he said in a bad voice: 'i don't know!! but you can have this taxi agency and pay 18 pounds per person!!' ofcourse we knew that we can get the airport in much cheaper price. we felt that he didn't have any patience to us and the people whom we saw he talking to.as if it was the last job he wish to do.

because i arrived after 6 in the evening i was told me and my fiance would have to stay in a twin room instead of the double room booked. i booked this accomodation using my credit card if i didn't turn up the room would have been payed for anyway so why was my paid for room given away and why did i have to stay in a room with two single beds.

I think the hotel was abit shocked when I presented them with a voucher. I asked them for a twin share pricefor 5 nights day, the price they quoted me was much more expensive that what was available with londonby.
So we went to the netcafe and made our reservations via you guys. You saved us alot of money.

the downstairs of the hotel (reception etc is in excellent condiditon, and this si let down a bit when you go upstairs, where it is not quite as smart, however it was clean and tidy.

the bar downstairs is not quite what we expected. would be nice to have somewhere where you could sit in the nice reception area and just have a drink without having to go out or to the bar, which didnt quite meet the standards we expected.

Everything else was very good, but I got a little dissapointed about the room. It was small (smaller than I expected) and maby not that good shape as I expected. But I was very happy about the location and it was the most important thing to me at this time. One more thing, the elevator??? Very scary place and I think in very bad shape as well...

You could mention something about adapters available for turist in your reception. I wasn´t smart enough to go and ask - likse some other quests... But it was too late for me then, I already had bought one...

Location VERY GOOD, staff very friendly, don´t go to have breakfast - lousy and too expencive (we are used to have exellent hotel breakfasts in Finland), remember the 'stars' but I would like to take one off...

The gentleman that checked us in was very friendly and helpful and willing to do whatever he could do to make our stay more comfortable. However the woman that was working with him was not very friendly and customer service focused. We arrived a little earlier than the check-in time and were very tired from travelling and wanted to check-in a little early. The man was doing everything that he could to help however the woman was not willing to let us check in nor help us out at all.

Very pleased with the location and the pricing. Would definitely recommend to a fried or someone looking for a medium range hotel to stay while in London. Very close to the Paddington station (Tube) and close to the Paddington Train Station. Also down the road from Hyde Park, local shopping and many types of eateries.

I had to show them my voucher before the staff realized I had a reservation there.

The room I was given was very small. The bathtub was too small for an adult, and there was no soap. The room overlooked the street. The noise from vehicles on the street was bad throughout the night. I would have preferred a room not overlooking the street.

We never saw any of the hotel staff smile or be welcoming to any clients (we saw about 7-8 in total). It was very disappointing!

The bathroom facility was small and mouldy. There was a hotel bar directly above our room that played live music, which filtered very well into our room. The place was not at all worth the £70 per night we paid. We were very dissatisfied with it.

The room we lived in was very noisy and the curtain could not shelter the room from sunlight in the morning. It was not a real triple room, but a double room with an extra bed, therefore the space was very small and difficult to move within the room. However we were charged for the price for a triple room.

The lady who welcomed me was very nice.
When I took an elevator I went down with out thinking and could not go back because you need security numbers. I got all my stuff and took stairs.
May be not many your customers have done this but may be it's good idea do not get off B1...

estuvo bien,lo único los ruidos del suelo q crujía y se movía hasta la cama cuando los de la habitación de al lado andaban y q el agua de la ducha salía ardiendo y no supimos ponerlo mas templado,lo demás normal,xq tampoco comimos alli ni nada, pero habia limpieza y se dormía comodamente, ah! y la mayoria de los recepcionistas eran atentos y simpáticos, menos uno mas mayor que era muy seco.bye

Checkout was at 11, at 7:50 we were woken my cleaning trying to get into the room, they knocked on our door another 4 times after this. I did not appreciate this.
