Dear Sir,
I have stayed at your hotel and I would like to put my observation about your Hotel as below,
1- Hotel Staff is very kind and cooperative.
2- The Hospitality is Excellent.
3- The cleanliness of room very very good and timely done everyday.
4- Breakfast is standard and good, the kitchen staff and waitress are very very good and kind, cooperative.
5- Bathroom was specious and very neat and clean, availability of bathroom accessories are so good.
6- Arrangement of Map and other information’s as well as detail of trip is appreciated able.
Finally we have found our trip to LONDON very good and we found Hotel good, we wish if we have next time any trip to LONDON then definitely we will stay in the same hotel.

It could be made more clear that single rooms are extremely small compared to North America. Also it needs to be said no elevators are available even for rooms in four story buildings - this is a problem for us older travellers.

Almost...but, the room were very, very small. and not that private...

5% extra due to paying with Visa

The room were clean, which were very important to us.
But, the room were too small - we almost got klaustrofobic..
Not, that much privacy when other guesst were in their room.

The bathroom was the worse part of the room - the sink clogged and was never cleared, the shower water was impossible to adjust to a cooler temp, only providing a near scalding hot shower. These problems were never corrected during our stay, even though we commented on the problems daily. The room was remarkably small to fit a double and single bed - there was no place to store our luggage, resulting in our tripping on the luggage just to move around the room.
The fire doors are a great idea - but impossible to deal with when you have luggage and are trying to get though a fire door and then your room door - top self closing hinges would be helpful.

The included breakfast was the worst we had during our trip throughout Ireland and the UK The menu was very limited and portions were very small. When we requested a second cup of tea at breakfast, we were told that we would be charged for it!

This hotel was a disaster. The receptionist hardly spoke english then she walk me thrugh to a room and turned the light on and a couple in bed in that room then they took me to a very bizarre looking room that didn't appear to even be part of the hotel. It was all very odd and I would never stay there again. A complete rip off for £90!

Awesome breakfast
All of the staff were friendly and helpful
The young man on in the evening had ice available for my husband's sore back every day we returned from sightseeing
Paul the father who was filling in was GREAT!!!!!!!!!
I would definitely return and reccommend
