there was some slight confusion regarding our reserv. but the staff was very considerate and accomodating, assuring us that we would have a room- and they did eventually find the reserv- it was filed somewhere than their usual spot

The accomodation was exactly as I needed - I was travelling with a toddler so the one bedroom apartment with kitchen and seperate bedroom was ideal. The service was often slack though. My breakfast room service order was overlooked on three occasions and delivered late twice. The food was average. Stocks in the room (tea etc) had run out and not were not replaced several days running. The location was fantastic. So close to the gardens and amenities and minutues to everything on the underground.

We had a two bed roomed appartment as we had a party of 5. It was absolutely super - and fulfilled our needs perfectly. The staff forgot our breakfast two mornings running and had to be reminded but I would certsinly recommend it. It was a lovely part of London too.

it was a bit stressful because we had two children and a lot of luggage. The only thing I was disappointed about was that nobody offered to help us carry our luggage to our room. One of us had to stay downstairs with the children, while the other one went up and down stairs with the bags.

It was a lovely hotel. The apartment was very clean, and was cleaned everyday whilst we were out and towels replaced. The rooms were spacious and nicely decorated. We would return to this hotel if we came back to London.

Ideal place to stay for a family wanting to visit London. The rooms were comfortable and well equipped, it was very clean and the staff were always polite.

The only reason I only rated the quality a good is that the street noise could be a bit loud at times and we could hear every step the upstairs neighbors took. Everything else was great.

We had a large 2-bedroom apartment in a very convenient area of town. It was a good deal for the size place we had. We even had a loft space for our kids to play in, which was unexpected and welcome. Tthe hotel was clean and the staff was very helpful.
