only fault with the room was that they only supply 2 sachets of coffee in the room, and teh cups were very small

Hotel was in a quiet location. Room was
small, but clean and comfortable.

the room was not cleaned properly, towels smelled of bleach..and the compelemntery shampoo/ soap etc were only provided on arrival.. also the breakfast was below average.
...
and when we checked out the working staff was not friendly at all and when we asked for a taxi they tricked us in getting a very very expensive cab, which i clearly requested a specific cab,,and when i complained about it they couldn't care less
anyway will never ever go back there

Some Americans might expect a bigger room if they're not familiar with typical London hotels in that price range. For me, I knew what to expect, so it was fine. Small but clean.

We got a room with a twin bed insted of a king size one, but that was ok since we could put them together. They offered us another room to the day after, but chose to stay where we were since the one we got was a really good one!
