I have stayed at The Commodore Hotel several times now. I try to utilise their facilities whenever I am in London. I find the staff and service excellent.

First we were given a very small room. After complaning, we got a better room, without further problems.
We were expected to pay the full amount for the three days at arrival without a proper receipt, which was worrying us. The young female receptionist was not very obliging.

We were actually upgraded to a suite, which was excellent.

We loved staying at the Commodore and if we are fortunate enough to return to London we would have no hesitation in staying there again and hopefully have the same lovely room.

We were sorry to go.
The staff notified us of our pick up driver and were very courteous.

Well worth staying at, lovely spacious room, clean and well furnished. Very close to all facilities with shopping and railway close by and Hyde Park to walk in, giving easy access to Harrods and other stores.
Truly a beatiful hotel in a beautiful location.

The reserved rooms had a very bed view. But the receptionist arranged better rooms. Meanwhile the new ones vere pretty small for a double room.

We reserved one single one double room.In the check out instead of single room the receptionist charged the money for double room. Upon our warning they corrected thier mistake.
