1. Our daughter telephoned us whilst we were staying, and as soon as they next saw us they informed us. They immediately offered us their telephone to call her back in New Zealand, great service and they did not expect us to pay for the call. We did as we know telephone calls to NZ are very expensive.
2. The room had a kettle and tea cups along with a supply of instant coffee and tea - complete with biscuits. Such a nice touch and the only time we came across this in our 5 weeks in Europe. Very thoughtful and much appreciated.

A pretty garden area, safe car parking behind locked gates. The breakfast area is in a separate building in the garden, with a garden area if the weather is fine. Within easy walking distance of Sorrento. Very friendly helpful staff, a nice relaxing place to stay.

very nice family, and after check out they let us leave our car till the evening in their car park till we headed to airport, very convienent.

I tried to use my credit card to pay the bill but it wasn't accepted so I had to use my debit card instead. This was OK for me but on checking with my credit card company on returning home they couldn't explain why my card hadn't been accepted.

The host were very polite and friendly and went the extra mile to make you feel at home. I would recommend them to anyone looking to stay in the area and I would definitely go back.

The Villa is just outside the center of town which makes it slightly quieter but an ideal location for exploring the area. The villa is also close to the bus station and a internet cafe and most things are within walking distance. The host are polite and make you feel right at home.

I don't think we were aware of how long a walk it was from the city center (Piazza Tasso). You may want to put that in your literature.

Nice accomodation with great courtyard (your best feature), good quality breakfast and a 15 minute walk from city center. Good value.

I was under the impression that we were going to receive two bedrooms, 4 single beds. It was two rooms. One bedroom with a double bed & single bed, and a single bed in the common room. This was not made clear as we wanted two bedrooms.

They have a pool. It's a family run business, which is great, but there are small children living on the premises that were sometimes noisy.

Beautiful and secluded, providing a nice break from the city.
