The gentleman in question was v. helpful as it was quite late at night and we had been travelling for some time ... We were extremely please with our stay and in fact revisited it for another 2 nights at the end of our holiday when the receiptions upgraded us to another room at the same price as the first time ... A very fine Hotel providing excellent service with a most pleasant degree of professionalish. The Hotel is situated in a wonderful location. Highly recommend it - v. relaxing and v. comfortable.

The hotels trusted Taxi company Mr.Peppe sent one of his drivers to Palermo airport to take us to the Hotel. On arrival at the Hotel Mr. Peppe and hotel staff greeted us. The reciptionist took us to our room. We were upset that the room did not have a sea view. However he provided us with a room with a sea view . I think we ordered a sea view room. We accept that a missunderstanding happened.
... WE found every body we spoke to in the hotel and outside very kind. ... None. ... We think you should show how spacious the hotel and grounds really are. We were suprised that it was not poosible to eat outside.Not just in the hotel but also in the local restaurants. The weather seemed much as the same in the rest of the Med. ... Very comfortable,spacious and friendly. Also very interesting and historic.
