Cancellations must be made by 12:00 (local time) at least 24 hours before the date of arrival. In case of late cancellation or no-show the hotel will charge the first night as a penalty. All cancellations (before the arrival date) will be made directly with the on-line booking agency, not with the hotel. When you book, the hotel reserves the right to charge the amount of the first night on your credit card as a guarantee.
