we had to wait some time for the room and they would not give an estimate of when it would be ready. Te reception staff were not particularly welcoming or helpful ... I think the hotel itself is in a great location with fabulous views the swimming pools were well kept but there was no management of the pool area at all and a number of children were causing significant disruption to adult swimming ... I think it should be made clear it is not possible to walk into garda - however the local village marciaga does have an excellent restaurant within 400metres of the hotel ... fantastic peaceful location, stunning views however the hotel is geared towards the German tourist market with staff speaking in german and the buffet breakfast was very much a german breakfast and the evening meals also have a strong german influence

This is a very impressive property well located and well maintained. ... The check out was very good all was to my expectation. ... None all . ... Well looked after very nice accomadation. The staff were always helpfull and ready to go the extra yard of their guests.

We got a smaller room with smaller balcony, but better located relative to swimming pool and restaurant ... tennis court (on the web) is far from the hotel. Big swimming pool is nice. ... nice place
