We were greated by a kind doorman who brought us right up to the hotel lobby and brought up our luggage. All the people we met were kind and helpful.

We very much enjoyed our stay at the Hotel Minerva. If we were to return to Sorrento, we would definitely stay there again.
The hotel was in a beautiful location, the room had a fabulous view, our room was wonderful and the staff was very helpful. It was perfect! Thank you for a wonderful experience!

I think that I was surprised by how large the terrace was. I had not expected that. The sun terrace was very appealing.

I would tell them that the rooms are attractive, clean and comfortable. The views outside the windows are breathtaking. The terrace was perfect for morning breakfast and evening meals or drinks. The staff was very, very helpful.

Not much to say, we arrived, we checked in
with a friendly staff and they took out bags
to a beautiful room.

The pictures on the web site were beautiful
and I had expected the hotel layout to NOT
live up to the photos, but in fact seeing the
views for real from the spectacular terrace
was breathtaking.
We had a nice room with a balcony. But even
if we had not had a balcony, the large open
terrace would have been a good alternative
and the pool which is on a different level.
The only initial negative was the noise from
the motorcycles and buses while sitting on
our room balcony. However, it didn't bother
us too much and after a while and when
closing the windows at night we didn't here
them at all.

The staff arranged for a car to take us to the
ferry.

Hotel Minerva exceeded our expectations. The
staff was helpful, gracious and always
friendly. The hotel views were spectacular,
the walk to town was convenient and
invigorating (but not too much). Public
transportation available for those not
wanting to walk or without a car. Breakfast
spread was one of the best we have had in
Italy.

A friendly hotel with breathtaking vistas
(great for artists and photographers)in a
perfect location to explore Sorrento, the
Amalfi Coast, Naples and Capri. Wonderful
staff and a nice variety breakfast spread.
We highly recommend this hotel.

Room with beautiful views. I would pay extra and get the deluxe sea view instead of the standard sea view.
