We were slightly confused about how to get into the car park. Once we had entered reception this was quickly sorted out. ... The restaurant staff were particularly charming, always helpful and very accommodating to all requests. ... It was very relaxing. The facilities were excellent and the staff were very friendly. We would consider returning to this hotel if we visited Sicily again.
