The staff at the hotel were all so very nice and helpful and always cheerful. They went out of their way to make our stay a wonderful experience.

I needed medical attention and the staff made sure I got to see a doctor right away. The staff translated for me and the staff even took me to the doctor for a follow up visit. I would highly reccommend Hotel Gardenia.

This was undoubtedly one of the best hotels we
have ever stayed in. The staff were extremely
friendly and helpful and could not have done
more to make our stay with them a more
pleasurable one. We would certainly consider

A lovely and very friendly hotel. Set back from main road so very peaceful and convenient for the facilities in Bardolino.

I can't recall if the website mentioned the newly introduced beauty and relaxation treatments and the fact that staff wil serve food and snacks all day at the pool and in the hotel.

We were welcomed with a comlimentary drink.The reception was efficient and friendly.

This is an extremely well run small hotel The staff are friendly and helpful. It makes an excellent base to tour Lake Garda.

We were given a complimentary bottle of olive oil on checking out. We left our bags in the hotel whilst we made the most of our last day. We left our passports at reception and when we returned there was a reminder note on our baggage so that we did not forget our passports. Another example of how the hotel staff looked after their guests.
