A lovely renovated historic palazzo. The junior suite was beautiful, large and comfortable but with a tiny bathroom; the twin room was average sized with a comfortable pathroom. Check out the rooms when you get there and prepare to upgrade if you find one you love! We did!

Wonderful bed and breakfast in centrally, conveniently located Todi. The rooms are small, clean, and nicely appointed with modern conveniences. The common rooms are lovely, with a beautiful restaurant terrace, and excellent food. The buffet breakfast each morning is delicious, and is served in a beautifully decorated room as well. The staff is friendly, accomodating, and helpful.

It is a nice and modern property, however the carpet in my room and corridor were full of stains, detracting from the overall impression.
Linens were good, bathroom was very good.
I liked the free access to the Internet!

It was very late (1:00am), but the concierge was very helpful and brought us some hot tea before we went to bed.

To call the hotel air-conditioned is a great exaggeration. It's air-conditioned (well sort of) some of the time. When the air-conditioning was on, it was totally inadequate. We were able to sleep after the first day there because the woman at the desk (who spoke perfect English and was very helpful) offered us a fan.
Also, though there were several chairs and a lounge in the room, none were comfortable for just sitting and reading. Exchanging what was there for two good chairs would be immensely helpful.

Perfectly located, nice large rooms (we had a junior suite), okay restaurant (breakfast could use some help), nice people--and helpful, rooms fairly well furnished, not adequately air-conditioned to deal with the summer heat.
