Wonderful hotel and superb staff who went out of their way to help us out. Didn't expect anyone there to meet us, so not a problem!!!

The boat ride was not as expected, but didn't cause us a problem as it wasn't what we would have wanted once we talked to the hotel staff. Worth explaining better on the web site.

Gave us an early ride to local town, and then brought our bags to us later and then took us to the airport - excellent!!!! :)

hotel was excellent,... althhough they could use an internet computer for the guests,... they are already wireless capable, so a small laptop for guest ues in the lounge would not be an expense.... had a great time and would stay there agasin in a heartbeat... regarda A. T.

the www site could be a little more specific about the nature of the hotel.... to say its a remodeled 19c villa is a stretch, it a very nice hotel situated appropriately,. but to say 6 hecters of private gardens is also a stretch.... i'm not complaining, i just think the description of the place could be better on YOUR www site... A.T.

a great central location to the whole region,... even the dolomites was only a day trip,... and the other cities the same.... the old Roman roads, bike paths, and river Sile was a great addition for access to the surrounding areas...

A very nice rural hotel, fiendly atmosphere and away fromthe tourist bustle of Venice. A great place to stay.

The receptionist was VERY helpful in giving us advice on visiting neary by Venice. Thanks to her information and the service of buying train tickets through Claudia Agusta, we were able to enjoy our stay even more.

Of course the ability to buy train tickets to Venice is valuable information.
Also, the days that the hotel has the boat trip from the Sile to St. Marco Square would be helpful. We were disappointed that during our stay the excursion was not available.

I would describe the Claudia Augusta as a great hotel with many services available and located very close to Venice.
