Everything about the hotel was superb. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. The room was beautiful and comfortable. The location was ideal. We can't imagine a finer place to stay in Naples.

overall very positive experience
pleasant hotel and clean and the hotel manager top attitude and service and the people at the reception very pleasant and helpful
improving th eenglish or french of some of the desk front people would be also helpful
hwoever overall there is always someone to talk to
recommendations:
make some changes in the breakfast menu
like more vegetables,salad, cheese or fruit
rather then all the baked cakes croissants etc
and offering th epossibily to use the computer/internet for short period of time -against payment all through th eday or evening
is important
we will definitely refet people and already passed th ename on to local travel agents avery pleasant experience
