We had a very pleasant stay at Casa Sorrentina. Sonia was very helpful & courteous. The rooms were clean, had air conditioning and were very adequately priced. Thank you!

Sonia was very polite & helpful. Although not there when we arrived, she kindly provided a note on the door with a phone card atached so that we could call her when we got the apartment which I ceratainly appreciated!

The rooms and facilities were as per the website. However, from memory, 2 out of 3 of us ran out of hot water whilst taking a shower! I forgot to mention this to Sonia.
I did feel that our stay was generally good though.
The biggest downfalls of staying at this property are:
1. Noise levels from street - as it is right above a gelato shop which got very loud at night when they were playing a video for public viewing. I don't mnd he noise so much but I think my friends had trouble sleeping.
2. No lift - i think this is stated on the website but there was a lift in the building. I think it just doesn't stop at level 1. Can this be changed?
3. Running out of hot water if more than 2 people.
4. The size of the shower is a little small.
Top 3 points:
1. Apart from the noise, the location is quite central.
2. Space. I felt the apartment fit the 3 of us quite comfortably.
3. The washing machine & clothes hanger came in very handy!!

Unfortunately there is no luggage storage room for those that need to check out before actually leaving Sorrento but, luckily, I was able to leave my luggage in the foyer and borrow the key so that i could collect my luggage before leaving the city.

I can't remember if the street noise factor was on the website but I think it should be noted as a potential problem as the windows aren't soundproof.

As clean, comfortable & tidy, with very friendly & helpful staff. However, one needs to be aware that it is on the main street, without soundproofed windows and there is no lift or telephone.

A big and clean room with all facilities you need. It's worth a long stay instead of short term visit.
