The directions we got from the website about where the hotel is located were not specific at all except to say how to get to Gubbio. Other than that, we had to stop and ask someone for directions. ... The hotel as described on the website seemed to indicate that it was outside of Gubbio when it is actually in town. It would be good to clarfy that it is only a two minute drive or 10-15 minute walk to the old town. ... A very nice business hotel with spacious rooms and friendly helpful staff.

No one to help us with our bags ... The decor was rather 'international', i.e. the art was not from Gubbio's past but some was quite modern, some French, not Italian. This detracted from the Gubbio experience. We felt we could just as easily be in Paris or London.
