The pool closed very early (6.30h),would have been nice to have a swim when we came back from visiting.
Also after the meals they suggest you take your coffee and after dinner drink in the bar,only problem their was only 1 person to serve you.we waited 30 minutes and we were not served yet so we left.

This is perfect close to everything restaurants ,train,grocery store(markets).Helpful staff,very clean.
overall a great place to stay and would recommend for sure to friends and will stay their on my next trip to Italie.

Our bathroom was in rough shape. The shower leaked and the toilet flushed very infrequently. It was very frustrating.
The breakfast staff was very uptight and less than welcoming.
The pool area was beautiful and well kept as was most of the hotel.
...
With the exception of a few unpleasant aspects, it is a beautiful hotel and is a good way to experience Sorrento without being swallowed up by the crowds and moped fumes.
