clean, central, easy to get to and from airport, staff very friendly, and very nice nice accomodation.

Perfect location for doing anything in the city. don't bank on a quiet sunday morning if your stay is weekend of croke park match. It is a meeting place for match goers. This didn't affect us though.

CHeck in and out could definately be improved, it can take an era!! god forbid you end up behind a coach party!!

Check in apart, this was at least on par with some of the finest hotels we have stayed in, very impressed. We will be back, which 'says it all' Thanks to all at the Gresham, especiallt the chefs!! Diet Time!!

lack of staff available, especially as a coach party began to book in just after we had booked out. 'There is a GOD' or else we would have been there for hours.

you could certainley advertise the choice of food available as well as how competatively priced it is.

The ambience of the hotel is professional and yet homely at the same time, most of the staff are REALLY helpful, its like stepping back in time for how your treated but with the luxury of all the modern day trappings.

Although We arrived at 6.30pm we had to wait 10mins for someone to make sure room was ready
...
Room was excellent size, however very noisy at night as was at front. Hygiene-CLIPPED TOE NAILS & used bottles of toiletries from previous guest left on window sill of shower!!! Reported to reception, dont know if further action was taken. Reception & restaurant staff very friendly. Breakfast staff very rude & unhelpful
