as we checked out at 6.30 in the morning the staff were very helpful and also arranged a continental breakfast for us which was unexpected but much appreciated.

it was an easy trip from dublin airport.the staff were helpful beyond their duties and some of the most pleasant people i've met in ireland.the hotel is very quaint and peaceful and the atmosphere and entertainment was excellent.i couldn't praise the staff enough especially the night porter who was an elderly gentleman and kept the kids entertained with his wonderful stories of ireland.

We stayed at the Bracked two different times during the week at the beginning of our vacation and at the end of the vacation as it was very close to the Dublin airport. About 15-20 mins max and clear shot to the airport. The first night the room was ok, but the second stay was execeptional.
The staff was very good.
The only downside was NO LIFT operating as it was under construction; but the porter helped us out.

quaint, excellent pub, good staff
close and convenient to the Dublin airport.
Good pub food next door and excellent dress shop about 5 mins from the hotel (hotel can recommend - forgot the name of it) also a good shoe shop on the opposite side of the street about a block away.

Lift not working from when we arrived 3.30 until round about 12.00 midnight. Having to climb in total 76 steps to the 4th floor not what I had in mind. Not at all exceptable. Won't be visiting or staying there in tne near future.

Room bitterly cold as heating did not come on until 5.00 in the evening and just as cold at bedtime as the heating went of about 11.00.

Take a hot water bottle with you when you stay.

Don't stay. Better of in a b/b
