This hotel has a great location not only for seeing Aix-en-Provence but many other areas in Provence. The front desk will highlight driving maps for you for anywhere you wish to go. ... would highly recommend it--we loved the location and feel of the entire place. Parking was just a short walk away.

The staff were very helpful and friendly throughout our stay. They spoke English very well (an advantiage for us!) and were professional, well groomed and polite at all times. The reception desk was always attended. ... The website did lead us to beleive that the property would offer a complimentary mini bar in our room as well as a complimentary bar downstairs.
On arrival we found that the complimentary in room mini bar was for water and soft drinks only and that there was in fact a charge for all drinks in the bar downstairs (indeed higher than most restaurants were charging).
This was exceedingly disappointing. ... Fortunately we had been given an upgrade in rooms so therefore our room was quite spacious. Had we been in one of the smaller rooms I don't think it would have seemed particularly good value for money. ... It should be included that the in room mini bar is complimentary soft drinks only and the bar downstairs is not complimentary. ... A little bit out of the way, clean with good staff, but lacking a bit of atmosphere.
