We arrived later than anticipated, and well past the last seating for dinner. They not only accomadated us, but presented us a beautiful table overlooking the grounds and had the chef call us to confirm our desire for food. ... We were sorry we had not booked for a longer period of time.

Just fantastic courtesy from all front desk personnel. It was the best, by far, that we experienced during our 21 day stay in Europe. ... It was the most plesant stay of our entire itinerary. All personnel were extraordinarily kind and considerate. In addition, the evening dinner was superb! ... Consideration and helpfulness from the entire staff was the best! ...
