The staff is extreamly polite and helpfull. The Residence is on the great position, bus station is just in front of the residence.

The apartment was very central to Florence and well located. We enjoyed the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. Given the age of the building and the difficulties of accessing such buildings, the wheelchair access was adequate. It would probably be useful to state that the wheelchair access requires the disabled person to be accompanied by an able-bodied person, as I think an independent wheelchair traveller would not be able to cope.

Great location, clean, friendly staff, comfortable rooms, excellent facilities. We would definitely stay there again, and gladly recommend it to others.

If you have many English people, may I suggest you get an English type kettle so they cam make cups of tea.

Our stay at San Niccollo was very enjoyable. The rooms were very clean, well furnished, and enhanced by a lovely view of the Arno from our windows. The 2 room apartment had excellent cooking facilities and very clean and modern bath facilities. The residence was quiet and very secure. There were also facilities for washing one's clothes. We stayed here for 6 days/nights. Everything is withing walking distance--one is not more than 5-15 minutes from most of the museusms, churches, shopping, restaurants, etc. And the walk is along the Arno. The manager and staff personnel were charming and efficient.

I would say that we had a beautiful place to stay with all of the conveniences that one would expect in a very expensive hotel but for a much better price.

I've stayed at this property before, but last time, I had a MUCH nicer apartment, with more kitchen equipment and of a better quality. I would have liked to have a comfortable chair in the apartment and a better location in the building. Last time, we had windows looking out over the river and that was very nice. This time, it was the parking lot.

I would say that the apartments are clean, comfortable, quiet and a good value. Some people would not like the location, as it is a bit removed from the center of town. The staff is always very kind to us, but I speak Italian.
