We visited several places in Italy this was one of the best. The service was excellent. All the people were great and helpful and everything they promised in reference to setting up wine tasting and a traditional tuscany dinner were arranged when we arrived.
We even ate at the bar and the food prepared there was great.

Having the outside patio that was off the bar area was great because after a long day of walking this was a great place to have a drink and dinner especially if you are with family.

Very welcoming! The hotel was everthing we had
hoped it would be and more. The staff is first
rate and the accomodations were fantastic!

It was the nicest hotel we stayed at in Italy. We loved the fresh flowers, the gardens, and the friendly people. When communicating over email before arrival, they were very accomodating and prompt in their responses. We loved staying there!

I would recommend better directions on how to get back to the train station. I was on the wrong bus and 30 minute detour.

Very quiet and above expectations, best place I have stayed in Florence. Room is outstanding, breakfast is very good. The bar is tiny but helpful. It really is a 15 minute walk to Duomo and central tourist area. You can take the buses just make sure you have the right one.

Excellent value for money in terms of modern and updated standard. Superb bathroom - best our of all hotels we stayed in in Italy (4). 20 mins walk to the city centre compared to many hotels that are right in the centre, but we got used to this and enjoyed the stroll back at night. Would definitely stay here again as the hotel was exceptional value for money at only 135 euros a night, including breakfast.
