Saturday to Saturday to creates a problem with obtaining bus passes. Most stores were closed on late Saturday and Sunday food could not be obtained.

The arrival was coordinated through the Hotel Belvedere with the Villa located some distance away. It was not easy to find the villa from the hotel and better directions or an escort to the villa would have been helpful. The signora at the villa was wonderful. She could do everything and was willing and helpful in all ways.

The lack of air conditioning was a problem during the heat wave and it would have been a good idea to have fans provided by the hotel. The Terrace is extraordinary and the web site might clarify that it is available for all of the guests at the Villa. We were not clear about this before our arrival. The pool was nicer than expected.
There was misinformation related to the ease and availablitity of buses from the villa. The information you have on the web must be related to travelling from the hotel rather than the villa. Please check for accuracy and correct the information. THough it was possible to take the bus, they ran only every half hour at best and stopped running early in the evening. This is important to know when making a decision about staying at the villa.

Check out must be coordinated through the hotel. We left very early on Saturday morning and had to make arrangements through the hotel on Friday. They easily accomodated this arrangement.

The terrace could be featured more prominantly. IT was great. The bathrooms were sparkling clean, spacious and everything worked. Plenty of hot water, good water pressure.

Beautiful setting, quiet and lovely, very windy narrow road to get there but worth the drive. Large rooms, huge windows. Walking distance to a great restaurant.

You advertise that there is a swimming pool at the villa which is not the case. This should be removed from the website.
Details of bus services should be included and a recommendation to rent a car would be useful as the existing bus service is very limited
