For sure, it is one of the best bed and breakfasts in Florence.
This place simply exceeded ours expectations.

In the near neighborehod is a bar which extremly noisy late night, however the owner of Alle Rampe will change the windows to reduce the noise.

We arrived early around 11.00am not expecting to get into our room but hopefully to get rid of our luggage and we were welcomed in and also allowed to use our room which was most appreciated as we had arrived on the overnight train and were in dire need of a shower and rest!

We found the staff to be extremely kind and helpful the exact opposit to Paris from which we had just come

Very welcoming, even though we arrived at 21h30.

Manager offered to store our luggage free of charge, and ordered a taxi for us so we could get to the airport later in the day. Also ensured we had coffee, etc, before leaving.

Relaxed and informal atmosphere. 10 minutes walk from Ponte Vecchio. Lively bars and restaurants nearby, though we slept soundly every night. Room air-conditioned, and bathroom en-suite. Very good value for Firenze.

Alle Rampe B&B was a nice oasis after our trip from Rome. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms were spotless and bathrooms clean.

Christina helped us tremendously. She arranged for a large van to take us to Siena, since there were 6 of us with luggage. By the way, that might be worth checking for large groups. It worked out better, since we shared it 6 ways.

The price is good and the place is clean with helpful staff.

Some noise at night from passers-by and cleaning/garbage vehicles was very loud.

Breakfast did not start until 8.30am which was late, especially when we wanted to get to sites such as the uffizi early - would recommend starting earlier - 7.30?
Would also recommend some information about nearby dining - we spent a lot of time trying to find restaurants which weren't too expensive (their one recommendation was a bit expensive) but which were within walking distance.

Pleasant walking distance to all the major sites. Hosts very friendly. Very clean. Maybe earplugs at night - garbage trucks and local teenagers very noisy at night. Would possibly return.

Because of the bar around the corner, in nighttimes it was very loud outside. You could hear people yelling mostly outside the room at the front.There are no international channels on the tv, ;-)- anyway: we will come again!

We thought there might be more choice of restaurants in the near vicinity, though that is not the fault of Alle Rampe. Overall the stay was convenient and met our needs prior to moving on into Umbria.
