As I mentioned in the previous answers, adding that is important to take into account the fourty steps before arriving the B&B because nobody is available to give help.
It is not bad or good, just something difficult to afford in case to have some physical problem.

Perfectly situated in the historical center of Firenze very close to all sightseeing and restaurants. The room was private, clean and comfortable and there was a fridge and kettle in the room. The bathroom was very small, but functional and clean. The breakfast consisted of instant coffee and pre-packaged breads and jams.

Only problemw as that the room was not ready when we arrived, although it was supposed to be.

We were promised to get doubble bed but there was two beds in the room. When I make a reclamation they put those beds together but it was not a doubble bed. Everything else was as we expected

Maid and host were very helpful. The room was very adequate but the website pictures were flattering. The apartment is weel situated for station, the splendid dights of Florence but also in a nice locality to walk around and to wine and dine,

I thought that the owner would be there to greet us, but she her new baby was ill and her housekeeper greeted us.

We took this place because it was the cheapest we could find and at another website, several people recommended it, especially because of the warm welcome they received from the owner. We were there a full week, and we only met her on the 5th or 6th day. I was very disappointed that she wasn't around to assist us as other people had said she did for them. Her housekeeper spoke Spanish and a bit of English and Italian so couldn't be very helpful.
