The absolute worst thing I can say about Olga's house is that it is on the 3rd floor with no elevator. The stairs, which I cursed upon arrival, became an exercise option to burn off extra calories from the delightful Italian cuisine. Without them, I would have no 'stair stories' from Florence.

It is OK with me if you share my information with Robert at Olga's house. He made our stay in Florence memorable in a very human way. He made our stay about the people and not all about the Galleries, bridges and tourist things. He really personalized our visit and I thank him for enriching us.

Great location. Robert is terrific. The stairs are formidable when bringing in luggage but end up being part of the charm.

Centrally located which allows for easy walking to the major points of interest, including shopping. It is clean, furnishings are contemporary and very comfortable. There is some noise (if there are overly loud people in the streets) but not enough to prevent a good night's sleep. This is not a 4 Seasons type of hotel which is why we chose to stay here. I would not hesitate to stay here again.

I enjoyed my time at Olga's House very much. If I ever return to Florence, it will definately be at Olga's House again. I felt very comfortable and welcome. Thank you for making my vacation wonderful!!

There are 3 flights of stairs that must be walked to reach the Bed and Breakfast.

Comfortable and inviting. Every question I asked was answered without hesitation and I would definately recommend Olga's Place to my friends.

Well, we didn't know that there were many key rules. Not only our room, we had to lock the door of the entrance each time. We understand for the safety issue, but it was troublesome. They should have named ' Olga's apartment', instead of 'hotel'. Because no one was there all the time. Also we had to pay extra for room cleaning. It was not a 'hotel'!
