We enjoyed staying at the Kraft and
will do so again. The weather was
particularly warm (70 degrees F) but
unfortunately the swimming pool was
not open during our stay.
We liked the location and services and
consequently returned for 2 additional days.
The rooms were particularly quiet which
is mandatory for our relaxation.

The pool wasn't as nice as expected, but the overall hotel stay was great. We loved the Terrace restaraunt and bar! Wonderful.

A nice hotel with great staff just outside of the main tourist area. It was an easy walk. Breakfast was delicios and convenient. The rooms are a bit worn, but charming and comfortable. Lobby is warm and attractive.

Hotel Kraft was easily accessible to the rail station, bus lines, the river and cultural sites. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in your romantic hotel and additional benefit of breakfast. We will definitely stay at your hotel should the opportunity arise to return to Florence.

Superior room not really as shown on the web site of the hotel. Not so charmfully decorated.
