When I arrived, the person who checked me in was friendly, sweet, and went out of her way to welcome me. I arrived two hours too early to check in and she graciously showed me a comfortable place to wait and they had my room ready an hour early. It was absolutely lovely

The staff was wonderful, wonderful, wonderful. I went to them any time I had a question and they gave me great suggestions of things I could do during my stay.

They called me a cab and shook my hand goodbye. Another guest who was checking out the same time gave the clerk a hug because she was so happy with the service.

I got a room with an external bathroom and the bathroom was amazing. It was huge and had a great big tub.

I would tell everyone to stay there. It was a great experience and I wish I could've stayed longer.

Monti was there to welcome us, get us settled and started with our touring. He was very knowledgeable and courteous.

Positive - Location, location, location. The hotel was located around the corner from the Ponte Vecchio and a few blocks from the Uffizi.

Hotel was immaculate. Breakfast was plentiful with fresh juices, cappachino/expresso and American coffee to get your day started. The staff was knowledgable in offering suggestions about getting around the city.

This hotel is located on a quiet street near
Ponte Vecchia and the Uffizzi. There is a
lovely little restaurant a few steps away that
serves excellent food. I would recommend this
hotel to anyone coming to Florence.
