Hot water was not available on couple of days. Probably because a lot of guests were taking bath and going out at about the same time. But they need to address the issue. And the cleaning staff need to do a bit better. Lke they should change bed sheets once in 2 days or so. They never did it for us once in 4 days. Otherwise it was very good.
