We loved staying there. A wonderful value and special place. The owners are so welcoming and friendly. Great location off the beaten path, quiet rooms, comfortble and so clean, and so safe. We had two rooms for our family. Special and so nice.....

Maybe you should mention in the description, that there is a bus going to the Duome and centre of the town every 10 minutes, which stops just outside the residenza. I found the busservice very convenient!

I would recomend it to him, because it is good value for money and the shop keepers nearby have been all very friendly and helpfull.
I will certainly stay in the Residenza Giulia again!

We were too early but this fact didn`t matter. The 'Boss' was very friendly and we felt comfortable.

The breakfast was worse. We know that Italians are not used to have breakfast as we (in Austria) are.
But in Residenza Giulia we had a water-heater, Nescafe-powder (or tea) and a croissant from the supermarket (wrapped in plastic -not fresh)

Was met by a very polite gentleman, who made my partner and I feel very welcome as soon as we arrived. If possible please pass my thanks to the accommodation people. I would definately return!

Had a wonderful stay, the people were very polite and helpful, ie offered detailed maps & 24 hr telephone no. should we need any assistance. Room very clean and loved the air conditioning! They made our stay an enjoyable one.

the direction from the exit of the train station to the 1st street was confusing.

Place is clean and it is a 20 minutes walk to the museum but it was a nice day so the walk was great for us.Place was quiet too. If you do not mind the walk it is nice place to be.

Hello,
The hotel was excellent and we throughly enjoyed our stay. It was clean and roomy. I would recommend this hotel to all our friends.
We didn't get the room we expected on the first night, due to another guest having to stay on an extra night. However the room that was provided was excellent, especially the bathroom.
We will definitely use your website in future and the hotel in Pisa was good as well.

We had a great stay at Residenza Giulia. It was a little farther from some of the historical sites than expected, however the owners were gracious and accommodating and the room was clean and comfortable.

It was everything o.k., but breakfast could a little bit more. There was butter and marmelade only when I asked for. And 8 a.m.
nobody was to reach so early.
The descreption says, that the distance
between house and the dome was 5 minutes.
In reality there it is a 5 minutes walk.

Owner/host and family very friendly, accommodating and helpful as to area attractions and special request.

The room was a bit noisy due to its proximity to the elevator shaft since the elevator was in use upwards of 20 hours a day. The 'breakfast' was somewhat meager in that all the offerings were pre-packaged, as opposed to fresh, and the coffee was instant, not freshly made.

Short walk from train station, city's attractions and restaurants; safe neighborhood, but no restaurants in immediate neighborhood. Request a room away from elevator.
