The Dream Domus was unable to provide us a room. They made arrangements at the Serristori Palace. It was seemless and handled very well. We were VERY happy with our acccomodations. Perla is a professional. Her friend Gabriela at the Serristori Palace was also a wonderful hostest.
The feedback below is for the SERRISTORI PALACE.

We were greeted at the door by a member of staff called Jeffrey. He carried our luggage upstairs to our room, checked us in and provided coffee in an extremely friendly and polite manner

Our room was lovely, better than the web pictures. We were allowed to take a look at the other rooms in the hotel and they were lovely too. Jeffrey brought us a delious breakfast at the right time each morning and the room was kept scrupiously clean at all times

We asked for a taxi to take us to the station and this was promptly arranged. As we left before breakfast time we were pleased to find that we were given coffee and a little gift before we left

A very quiet location but within a few minutes walk to all the attractions. Very friendly staff, cooked breakfast.All rooms beautifully presented.

A real gem. This was everything we wanted and more.Recommend anyone to stay there. Hopefully we will be able to visit Florence Dream again, a pleasure we both look forward too

Only possible negative was that we were not anticipating the flights of stairs-next time we will be prepared and have our driver assist with the luggage..

The accomodation was very satisfactory. the service and attention from staff was exceptional, Geoffrey. We have already recommended the Domus to our friends and family and are hoping to return in the spring ourselves.

The price was exactly, absolutely no hidden costs. Staff assisted with luggage upon departure. Also added binus we were not rushed to check out-they were flexible.

As mentioned the stairs and they are only a challenge when arriving with considerable luggage, otherwise throughout our stay they were no problem. On a positive note can not stress the excellent location enough-absolutely everything was within walking distance.

The voucher was for a different room but we were very happy with the room we were assigned. There was someone to help with our bags as you have to go up several flights of stairs.

All of the staff was very nice and accommodating. The location was better than I had envisioned with a market just across the street for fresh fruit/vegetables and walking distance to all points of interest. Will definitely stay there again when in Florence.

3 floor walk up should be mentioned. It was tough getting our luggage up.

We arrived and were taken down the street to another bed and breakfast where we stayed the first of three nights....we were then transfered to the dream Domus for the final two nights of our stay. Perla did upgrade two of our three rooms for the major inconvenience.

The Dream Domus was significantly better than the other Bed and Breakfast that we were required to stay at for the first night. I would have loved it if our voucher was honored as stated.

The gentleman at the desk graciously offered me a cold free bottle of spring water. Very nice.

A more detailed map of the area would have been helpful. We had purchased one and it helped us to find the property. The street numbering was confusing.
Our arrival could not have been more pleasant, we were greeted with open arms.

Took a taxi from Santa Maria Novella but made my own way by foot on departure. B&B was ideally located. Was greeted by staff and luggage carried up the stairs.

I had a bad cough and Paola the owner was kind enough to recommend a natural remedy to help me which was very unexpected and caring.

The hotel doen't have its own building, but is located at the 2nd floor of a building, it was a bit deceiving

It was Sunday and no one was there-but it was between the stated check in time of 4 and 8pm when we arrived.It took us 45 minutes to find someone to let us in and only by getting the supermarket across the street to call a number listed for the B&B. There should be better instructions on what to do if no one answers the door.
