When my car was broken into and my bags stolen the manager and staff were very helpful in directing me to the questura and generally advising me about procedures

Only one slight disappointment was the continental breakfast which was fine except that it was exactly the same each day. Some variation could make stay more enjoyable

Quiet villa style hotel beautifully located around one km from Fiesole.Fine views and -plenty of space in grounds. Possible walking nearby except that route to town is too busy to walk safely. Rooms are sufficient but could be made more individual in time. At present it looks very new

I arrived very late in the evening,after midnight, and the receptionist was so gracious and welcoming. I believe his name was Antonio.
The accomodations were beautiful. The breakfast was delicious especially with the
view of the hills in Fiesole.
The checkout process was very easy too.
The site is great and easy to navigate.

Quiet location.
BUT - not really in Fiesole - and not a safe walk into town, so people should know that they'll need to drive into Fiesole, park there to take bus down to Florence.

Friendly, good breakfast, comfortable rooms, good bathrooms, outside town, no Florence views, but very pleasant location.

Distance to Fiesole not 1 km, in reality 1,5 km to the center, necessity to change the bus to come to Florenz, only few bus connections to Fiesole,
