The cancellation must to be made within 2 days before the arrival date. For any cancellation made after this time limit, the client's credit card will charged for the first night accomodation cost. In case of reduction of the stay's nights, you must let the hotel know within 48 hours before the check in date. If you do not respect the time limit, the Hotel can apply a penalty equals to the rate of the night following the check out date.
