The safe was broken for my whole stay and everyday was told that it would be fixed but it never happened. Had cash so had to leave in reception and keep going to collect cash as I need it ..Found this a problem. Was locked out of the room on three occasions as the lock was faulty on the door. On the forth occasion they changed the lock.
