Everything was ok. Staff really polite. Room very clean and the bathroom very well prepared. It was good but more expensive than other places in Scotland. I suppose it's just because it's Edimburgh.

The hosts were fantastic and genuinely
friendly. You can tell they enjoy what they

We had a wonderful stay, the owners were extremely friendly and gave us very helpful advice about the area and getting around. The room was very clean and comfortable and I would heartily recommend it to anyone.

We had a lovely weekend. Situated within walking distance of Murrayfield and Princes Street the accomodation was ideal. We'd definately use this B&B again.

We were met and the owners were very friendly allowing us to leave our bags as we were earyly and the room was not ready. They also gave us a map of Edinbugh and directions.

Again really helpful allowing us to leave our bags and collect them at the end of the day ready for our flights home.

Fantastic accommodation, room great and with a huge choice for breakfast. Only 10-15 min walk to city centre which you can get to through the New Town so a really pleasant walk. Owners of B&B very helpful and friendly nothing too much trouble.
