The view from the room balcony at first sight was breathtking.

In addition to the beautiful view the situation was excellent: the old town was just aroud the corner. The room was small but very pretty.

A small thing: the private beach was not free of charge for the guests from hotel Suisse.

This is a high quality hotel, with the most beautiful view and the best location in Nice. Ask for balcony and view.

I would say that the Hotel Suisse is worth the extra expense for staying there because of its great location for Vieux Nice and the Mediterranean. Great views.

Staff were extremely nice and helpful at all times through the stay and as a result of this alone I would recommend the hotel.Location was great. Rooms spotless. breakfast bit expensive. I knew I was not getting a rom with a see view but was disappointed that it was an internal room as couldnt even see what the weather was like outside!! WOuld definately stay again.

I got the room that I was confirmed, however, it is very different from that portrayed on your Website. The view was outstanding, but the room was very small (even by European standards). There were rooms that had a double balcony, and since we were charged an extra 30 euros a nite for a third person, should have been given one of these larger rooms. I spoke to the front desk who told me we were in one of the hotel's largest rooms (a lie) so I let it go. But I feel that for the rate, we should have had the larger room.

Enjoyed the hotel's view and location, very disappointed in room size (and I am aware of the smallness of European rooms).

I arrived early and when I asked the recepionist where to store my bags, she said 'over there' (in French_..which was not very specific. Would have preferred a little more specificity. There was a lot of 'over there' at the hotel.

I do not understand why the room for my earlier stay June 29-July 1 cost 98.80 Euros and the room during my July 10 stay was 139.90 Euros. both were sea-view, standard rooms, I thought.
