Dropping off luggage was difficult as there was no place to park the car close to the hotel. ... The walls were very thin...we could hear everything going on in the room next to us. Property needed some sprucing up. We had 2 rooms- the double had no a/c control (only central air), but the triple had an a/c unit in the room. On the plus side, we took advantage of the free internet access and the coffee/tea pot in the room. ... This was the most expensive place we stayed on our 22 day trip and definitely not the nicest. I do understand that Nice is expensive, however, and due to price, we didn't choose a higher ranked hotel there.

Our experience at this hotel was brief (our stay was only for a night) but we can say that the room was very clean and the staff most cooperative. It was an excellent experience for the price paid.
