Everyting was great other than those two things.
The porter should take more care about our bagages. He never lifted our suitcase in case he walked down stone-paved staircase.
He walked so fast, so my suitcase jamped again and again! I should have carried myself.
Our room had a Jacuzzi in the terrace. They said 'you can use it', but the water was so dirty and cold. We didn't know how to use, so we asked front to setup it during my dinner time. But they didn't.
Next day we asked again, they send a man who don't speak english, he did something.
But as a last resort the water had been dirty and cold to the end of our staying time.

That is suit for your honeymoon.

Didn't need directions as the Chateau was sending its car for us but I'm sure they will have been clear. Roberto was at reception when we arrived and was very helpful.

Very relaxing stay. Nice to be given a welcome drink. Lovely meal in the restaurant. Roberto even took time to find extra wood for our fire in the evening. Only problem was that the hot tub wasn't working. This was OK for 1 night but for a longer stay I would have liked it working. It is an expensive place to stay and eat. We've stayed at and eaten in many top class establishments and this is why I've marked it as 'fair value' but this was a special treat for my husband's birthday and it was worth it.

Everything ran very smoothly - the receptionist was polite and friendly and their driver took us back to the airport.

We were expecting 'a view of the coast', i.e. the sea but got a view of the mountain side! Their definitions are misleading.
